Today I am so very Thankful for Grace! Grace is defined as favor or goodwill. Synonyms: kindness, kindliness. In my life I can recount many times that I have been shown grace or offered grace and each of these times has made a huge difference in my life. We all note the small things - someone offers an unnecessary kindness and you feel the grace behind that kindness. It has taken me years to learn that we can easily offer grace in our every day lives and we are the better for it. When given the choice to lash out or be unkind, I am working hard to chose Grace - it does not come easy and sometimes I have to bite my lip but I long to pay forward the Graces that have been shown to me.
